Step 1: Insert the chosen glass electrode into the high-frequency machine and gently push in the electrode, until it snaps into place.

Step 2: Turn the high-frequency machine on, starting at level zero.

Step 3: Test the machine first on your finger, by making contact with the electrode and your finger before placing it on your skin.

Step 4: Let the electrode freely touch your skin and let the magic begin.

Step 5: Increase the intensity to a comfortable setting and move the electrode in small circles around the skin, for a maximum of five minutes. 

Step 6: Place your finger back on the electrode, and remove it from your skin. 

It amplifies cell turnover by supercharging ATP synthesis to slow, halt and ultimately reverse the aging process leading to firmer & younger skin.
